From Ibiza Town to Es Vedra.
Ibiza Town / Ciudad Eivissa is a popular destination for boats and tourists - with well served marinas and a lively daytime atmosphere and nightlife. The old town ( Dalt Vila ) is dominated by the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Snows - with winding whitewashed street, squares with well frequented restaurants. Ibiza Town is cosmopolitan and sophisticated in character.


The waters between Ibiza Town and Formentera abound with leisure craft, frequent ferries to Formentera and cruise ships departing Ibiza.


South of Ibiza Town is Playa / Platja d'en Bossa with a long sandy beach and strip of hotels.


The secluded Ses Salinas beach is SW Ibiza is a magnet for sun seekers and water sports enthusiasts.


Es Vedra is one of the most famous landmarks of Ibiza. Suposedly the location for the filming of some "Bali Hai" scenes for the film "South Pacific".
