Overmarine Group Shipyard is well known in the marine industry as owner of the brand name Mangusta and builder of the biggest Maxi-Open yachts of the market. The Mangusta brand has always stood for excellence in luxury and in peak performances, setting new standards in the marine industry, becoming widely recognized as the benchmark in design and manufacturing of fast Maxi-Open series yachts - combining speed technology and ease of use.

Based in Viareggio (Italy), the capital of the semi-custom built yachts, Overmarine Group offers today a range of 7 Maxi-Open from 72’ to 165’, and a ship of 148’, and a project for a new Mega-Open yacht (205). Mangusta 165 is at the present the biggest Maxi-Open series yacht in the world. Overmarine Group has developed over the last 25 years one of the most advanced technologies for fast boats. Hulls are designed in house and tested in the major European test tanks, in cooperation with Companies leading in the fluid dynamic field. Lamination is also done in house, using the best material available (i.e. axial fiberglass) and the most advanced production process (infusion). Needless to say that craftsmanship and carpentry are also at the highest standards and that customisation is a must to accomplish any kind of requirements of the most demanding owner.

Bavaria Sailing Yachts: Bavaria Spain have confirmed that they will be present with a brand new Cruiser 40 S sailing yacht at the Palma Boat Show. The 40 S is the sporty version (“cruiser-racer”) of the normal Cruiser 40. A total of five units of this magnificient yacht will be available for charter in Palma de Mallorca starting June 2013. They are ideal for corporate and private events, regattas, incentives, teambuildings etc.

 

Bavaria Motor Yachts: As a sample of the power boat range a Bavaria Sport 39 HT (with hardtop) will be on display.
